BrownieBars began during the COVID lockdowns — a home-kitchen project in Hulhumalé to keep busy, baking trays for friends and neighbours before it ever became an order sheet.
We buy chocolate the way a perfumer buys absolutes — by origin, by harvest, by feel. Everything else, we take away.
